**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
- Follow and document care plans, noting any changes.
- Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents.
- Engage residents in conversation and daily activities to foster a stimulating environment.
- Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming setting.
- Communicate effectively with residents' families and care team members.
- For Memory Care residents, create enriching experiences tailored to memory loss needs.
- High School Diploma or GED, age 18 or older.
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
