Care Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver responsible for providing hands-on support to residents, promoting their safety, dignity, and independence.

Key duties include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, following individualized service plans, and documenting any changes.

Engagement with residents through conversation and activities is essential, along with supporting dining services and maintaining a clean environment.

In Memory Care, creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss is also part of the role.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED; age 18
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
