ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a position for the North or Central regions, providing manager support for Indigo Urgent Care clinic(s), as we continue to expand our operations.
North Region: Redmond, Bellevue, Issaquah, Sammamish, Bothell, Kirkland, Mill Creek, Shoreline, Lake Stevens, and Marysville
Central Region: Covington, Maple Valley, Kent, Federal Way, Burien, Tukwila, and Seattle

GET TO KNOW THE ROLE
The Area Manager for Retail Health is a lead administrative position responsible for the oversight and management of the daily operations for multiple affiliated Retail Health and ancillary service locations that are geographically dispersed in the region. The Area Manager engages in and coaches the team to achieve the Retail Health vision of transforming health care through delivering an exceptional experience to its customers and team members. The Area Manager travels to the various clinics on a regular basis and is available during business hours (including night/weekends/holidays/on-call rotation). In this role, you will maintain broad ownership of all administrative functions including operations, marketing, finance, human resource management, medical and business information systems, and ancillary planning and development. You will also maintain the highest quality clinical and service experience for every customer and team member at all assigned sites.
Requirements:
- Three (3) years of manager experience in a healthcare environment preferred
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree or four years experience in lieu of degree will be considered

Pay: $94,889.60 - $136,572.80 per year
