Care Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate

Caregiver

to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents in a senior living environment. Your primary responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting changes. You will promote safety, dignity, and independence, engage residents through conversation and activities, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED; age 18
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and effective communication skills
  
  

Key Duties:

• Assist residents with ADLs and support their well-being
• Follow care plans and document any changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and activities
• Support dining and maintain a clean environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care team members
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
