Base Compensation Range
$140,000.00 To $165,000.00 Annually. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Company’s base compensation range for this position. Actual base compensation range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
Total Direct Compensation: This job is also eligible for discretionary bonus and incentive compensation on an annual basis.
Benefits: The Company provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).

What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic using .NET(C#) and React with Vite.
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices for seamless integration with front-end applications.
- Work with relational databases and NoSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., OAuth).
- Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js and related libraries (e.g., Redux, React Router).
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize front-end performance for a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and designs into functional components.
- Integrate front-end and back-end components to create cohesive, end-to-end solutions.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack to ensure application reliability and performance.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver features on time and within scope.
- Contribute to code reviews, ensuring high-quality code and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Optimize applications for scalability, performance, and security.
- Participate in the evaluation and adoption of new tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development with C# and .NET.
- Strong proficiency in React.js and JavaScript/TypeScript for building modern web applications.
- Experience with ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and RESTful API development.
- Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and writing efficient SQL queries.
- Familiarity with front-end tools and frameworks (e.g., Webpack, npm/yarn, CSS preprocessors).
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with Azure Service Fabric or similar microservices platforms.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployment strategies.
- Understanding of unit, integration, and end-to-end testing practices.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
