Littleton Care and Rehabilitation Center is looking for a compassionate, dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our night shift nursing team.
We are a close-knit skilled nursing and rehabilitation community that believes great resident care starts with a great team. We are looking for an RN who wants to make a difference, build meaningful relationships with residents, and work alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team.
What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Complete nursing assessments and monitor changes in condition
- Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team
- Provide leadership and support to CNAs and nursing staff
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Respond to changes in resident condition
- Promote a safe, positive, and resident-centered environment
Qualifications
- Current Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Dependable and team-oriented
- Commitment to excellent resident care
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but not required
- New graduate RNs are welcome to apply
