We're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to partner directly with our CEO during an exciting period of growth.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to our CEO. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises exceptional judgment, and enjoys operating at the center of executive decision-making.
You'll manage priorities, streamline operations, coordinate across leadership, and ensure the CEO can focus on driving the business forward. Success in this role requires discretion, strong business judgment, and the flexibility to support an executive whose schedule extends beyond traditional business hours when needed.
Who You Are
You currently support senior executives within a high-growth startup or Fortune 500 organization and are looking for an opportunity with greater responsibility and visibility. You have at least five years of experience supporting C-level executives and enjoy solving problems before they become problems. You're energized by working closely with executive leadership, managing competing priorities, and helping an organization operate efficiently. You understand that trust is earned through consistency, confidentiality, and exceptional execution. You are interested in growing your career and see long-term opportunities to expand into broader strategic or operational leadership roles.
What You'll Do
- Manage the CEO's professional and personal calendar, ensuring priorities are aligned and time is optimized.
- Coordinate complex scheduling across internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
- Draft correspondence, presentations, agendas, and executive communications.
- Serve as a trusted liaison between the CEO, executive leadership, board members, investors, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Track cross-functional initiatives, monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure follow-through.
- Organize executive meetings, leadership off-sites, and company events.
- Maintain organized systems, documentation, and confidential records.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively remove operational obstacles.
- Handle highly sensitive information with professionalism and complete discretion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Liberal Arts, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Five or more years supporting C-level executives.
- Experience managing complex calendars, travel, and executive priorities.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities evolve quickly.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern collaboration tools.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting executives within high-growth or venture-backed companies.
- Familiarity with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar tools.
- PMP, CAPM, Agile, or Scrum certification is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $100,000–$110,000, based on experience

Additional Requirements
- Based in the New York metropolitan area with the ability to work remotely. However, this role may eventually become hybrid and have some responsibility to go into our office to pick up mail and supplies.

Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
