Lead Nursery Teacher
This role is focused on leading a classroom of infants and is ideal for someone who is nurturing, patient, and passionate about providing high-quality care during a child's earliest stages of development.
Responsibilities include:
⁃ Leading daily classroom operations for the nursery
⁃ Providing loving, responsive care while meeting each infant's individual needs and routines
⁃ Planning and implementing developmentally appropriate sensory, language, and activities
⁃ Maintaining feeding, diapering, sleeping, and daily care routines
⁃ Ensuring KDHE licensing requirements, ratios, health, and safety standards are consistently met
⁃ Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitized classroom environment
⁃ Building strong relationships with children, families, and coworkers
⁃ Supporting each child's developmental milestones through intentional interactions and responsive caregiving
⁃ Creating a calm, nurturing, and engaging environment where infants feel safe and loved
