WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Prepare ingredients and execute basic dishes under supervision, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Set up and break down your station before and after shifts, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Assist in handling proteins by portioning and trimming as directed.
- Replenish mise en place throughout the shift to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Assist with dishwashing, equipment cleaning, and overall kitchen organization.
- Participate in team briefings to stay aligned with menu changes and service priorities.
