WHAT'S THE SCOPE?

You will work a full-time schedule from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Your day will be split between leading a preschool classroom in the morning and administrative duties in the afternoon, ensuring a dynamic and engaging workday.
YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER
As a Classroom Instructor - Curriculum Coordinator, you will begin leading a vibrant preschool classroom. You will implement engaging and developmentally appropriate activities, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for young minds. By noon, you'll have inspired a room full of eager learners. In the afternoon, you will transition to your administrative role, overseeing and supporting teachers to ensure the curriculum is effectively implemented. You will assist with behavior management strategies and provide guidance to the teaching staff, maintaining high educational standards and a collaborative atmosphere until your day concludes!
WHAT'S REQUIRED?
- Associate or bachelor's degree in early childhood education
- 2 years of experience in early childhood education
The skills and experience to be a leader and director are ideal!
