**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team to teach our infant classroom. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare and education, with a focus on fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. Hours are 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth
- Create engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all children
- Monitor and assess student progress to ensure developmental milestones are met
- Collaborate with parents to support each child's individual needs and development
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and behavior
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education
- Knowledge of child welfare practices and standards
- Strong classroom management skills to create a positive learning environment
- Ability to effectively educate young children in various areas
- Excellent communication skills to interact with kids, parents, and colleagues
