Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the center’s goals and objectives
  • Oversee daily operations, including program delivery, staff management, and student engagement
  • Manage budgeting processes, monitor financial performance, and ensure fiscal responsibility
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate staff members to maintain a high-performing team
  • Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
  • Build relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and educational institutions
  • Lead marketing efforts to attract new students and expand the center’s outreach
  • Oversee curriculum development and ensure quality teaching practices are maintained
  • Monitor student progress and implement strategies for academic success

Experience

  • Proven management experience within an educational setting or similar organization
  • Strong background in education administration or leadership roles
  • Experience with strategic planning, budgeting, and operational management
  • Familiarity with university systems or higher education environments is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively and foster professional development
  • Background in teaching or curriculum development is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
