We are a growing manufacturing company looking to add a Production Painter to our team. This position is responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing metal components and assemblies in a clean, modern paint booth environment. Daily responsibilities include prepping parts (cleaning, masking, sanding), mixing paint, and applying primer and topcoat using spray equipment. The painter is also responsible for inspecting finished parts to ensure proper coverage, finish quality, and consistency. This role requires attention to detail, pride in workmanship, and the ability to work efficiently in a production setting. You will work closely with our production team to keep jobs moving and meet deadlines.
