Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Provide care for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Manage classroom behavior through effective behavior management techniques.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss children's progress and address any concerns.
- Supervise playtime, ensuring that all activities are safe and appropriate for the age group.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in daycare or preschool settings is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
- First aid certification is a plus; willingness to obtain certification if not currently held.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a structured learning environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with children, parents, and staff.
- A nurturing attitude with the ability to build strong relationships with children and families.
