Little Bay Pet Services is looking for a dependable and compassionate Part-Time Pet Sitter to provide in-home pet care for clients throughout Rye, Portsmouth, New Castle, and nearby communities.

Position Overview
As a member of our pet care team, you'll travel between client homes to care for dogs, cats, and other household pets. You'll be responsible for providing dependable care while delivering excellent customer service and keeping pet owners informed after each visit.
Primary Responsibilities
- Walk dogs and provide exercise based on each pet's routine
- Feed pets and refill water bowls
- Spend quality time with pets through companionship and play
- Administer medications when needed (training provided; injection experience is a plus)
- Observe pets for any changes in health or behavior and report concerns
- Complete simple home care tasks such as bringing in mail, watering plants, or performing basic home checks
- Use our mobile app to send visit summaries, photos, and updates to clients
Schedule
- Part-time position
- Weekend availability is required
- Availability during holidays and school vacation periods is preferred
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is:
- Comfortable working with dogs of various breeds and sizes
- Able to safely handle dogs weighing up to 120 pounds
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Friendly, professional, and respectful when interacting with clients
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Requirements
- Live in or near Rye, Portsmouth, or New Castle, New Hampshire
- Valid driver's license and dependable personal vehicle
- Smartphone for scheduling, communication, and visit reporting
- Ability to pass a background check
