Audi Van Nuys is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warranty & Dispatch Coordinator to support our high-volume service department. This role is essential in ensuring repair orders are accurately processed, warranty claims are properly submitted, and technician workflow is efficiently managed.

Schedule

• Tuesday – Saturday- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Department Hours: Monday – Saturday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous dealership experience (Warranty Booker or Service Advisor experience preferred)
• CDK experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of dealership repair order and warranty processes
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills

The California pay range for this position is $17.87 - $25.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. And a variety of other benefits.
