Qualifications
- Proficiency in Warranty Administration and understanding of warranty processes
- Strong skills in Customer Service and a commitment to Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Solid Computer Literacy with a focus on using relevant software and tools
- Attention to detail and the ability to work systematically and efficiently
- Experience in the auto or dealership industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent, with additional training or certification in a related field being an advantage
