We are seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.Responsibilities:Work closely with Operations Management to coordinate and maintain daily scheduling of project calendarDaily coordination, communication, dispatching and confirmation of assigned field personnel to projectDaily labor assignment data entryVideo and photo documentation archiving to databaseReview and submittal of daily field documentationMaintain company data in different systemsProvide general project administration including permit applications, maintenance of project files, compilation of reportsPerform other office tasks as assigned by ManagementQualifications:Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferredPrevious experience in office administration in the construction industry a plusAbility to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to adapt and prioritize differing tasksStrong organizational skills and attention to detailCompany DescriptionBurns Environmental Services is an environmental and demolition firm that never stands still because something great is always happening.
