What You’ll Do
- Respond promptly and professionally to internet, phone, and text inquiries
- Engage customers and guide them through the vehicle-buying process
- Set and confirm appointments for the showroom sales team
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver an exceptional experience
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive a plus, but not required)
- Basic computer skills and comfort with CRM systems
