What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound service calls with professionalism and urgency
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth service experience
- Work closely with service advisors and management to meet department goals
- Maintain accurate records and communication logs
- Strong verbal communication and customer-service skills
- Comfortable on the phone and able to handle a high call volume
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Previous BDC or call-center experience is a plus, but not required
- A positive attitude and a team-player mentality
