What You’ll Do
- Present finance and insurance products to customers in a professional and consultative manner
- Structure and secure financing through a network of lenders
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and lender regulations
- Maximize F&I performance while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction
- Build strong relationships with customers, lenders, and dealership staff
- Accurately complete all financing and vehicle documentation
- Support dealership goals through ethical and customer-focused selling practices
- Previous automotive F&I experience required
- Proven track record of achieving production and profitability goals
- Strong understanding of lending, compliance, and dealership operations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
