- Service Drive Coordination:
- Direct incoming vehicles to the correct service bays or staging areas.
- Monitor traffic flow to prevent bottlenecks and maintain safety standards.
- Staff Management:
- Supervise and schedule service greeters, ensuring coverage during peak hours.
- Provide training and coaching to maintain high levels of customer service.
- Customer Interaction:
- Greet guests promptly and professionally, creating a welcoming environment.
- Assist with initial check-in and answer basic service-related questions.
- Operational Efficiency:
- Communicate with service advisors and technicians to prioritize work.
- Track vehicle status and ensure timely movement through the service process.
- Quality & Compliance:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service lane.
- Ensure adherence to dealership policies and manufacturer standards.
- Previous experience in automotive service operations or dealership environment preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
