- Minimum 3 years of experience with Mercedes‑Benz; German luxury brand experience strongly preferred
- Strong diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical proficiency
- Commitment to delivering workmanship that reflects the Mercedes‑Benz standard
- A positive team player focused on exceptional customer service
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- ASE and manufacturer certifications (preferred)
- Own standard tools required for daily technician responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Mercedes‑Benz passenger vehicles
- Document all work performed on repair orders per company and manufacturer guidelines
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Utilize manufacturer‑specific tools, systems, and software
- Collaborate with the service team to deliver an outstanding ownership experience
