Estimator Responsibilities
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. We are a drug free workplace. Estimator Responsibilities
- Identify, confirm and offer resolutions to customer concerns.
- Estimate repair needs to customer based on vehicle inspection.
- Serve as the communication between the customer and the technician.
- Answer incoming telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
- Write accurate repair orders & estimates using ProfitNet ADP
- Write accurate Estimates utilizing the three major estimating systems: Pathways, Mitchell, Audatex
- Excellent communication & time management skills.
- Typing & basic computer skills to enter repair orders.
- Mathematics to calculate service costs and count change.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
