Duties
- Facilitate daily operations of the educational site, including scheduling and resource allocation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for faculty, students, and visitors, ensuring seamless communication and support
- Oversee classroom setup, maintenance, and supplies to create an optimal learning environment
- Coordinate with administration to implement policies, safety procedures, and event planning
- Assist in managing educational programs, including registration, attendance tracking, and feedback collection
- Support faculty with administrative tasks related to curriculum delivery and student engagement
- Monitor site safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Experience
- Higher education teaching experience or background in education administration is highly desirable
- Proven ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff in a university or similar academic setting
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive relationships within the campus community
- Experience coordinating events, managing schedules, or overseeing educational programs is a plus
- Familiarity with university policies, procedures, and administrative systems preferred
