Shift: Saturdays, 4:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Position Summary
Lions Gate is seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Concierge/Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our residents, families, and visitors. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service while supporting daily operations at the concierge desk and ensuring a welcoming, safe, and organized environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Greet residents, guests, and visitors while delivering exceptional customer service
- Receive, log, and distribute deliveries, packages, and prescriptions; notify residents promptly
- Coordinate apartment access for housekeeping and contractors, including resident confirmation and key management
- Screen and authorize visitors and vendors by confirming access with residents
- Address resident concerns promptly and route issues to the appropriate departments
- Respond appropriately to emergency/medical alert systems
- Distribute internal mail and assist with administrative tasks such as copying and faxing
- Assist residents with dining requests and communicate orders to kitchen staff as needed
- Manage reservations for guest suites
- Coordinate activation, troubleshooting, and deactivation of resident devices (e.g., 5Star Lively)
- Provide information to prospective residents and direct inquiries to the appropriate team
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (hospitality or senior living preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional phone etiquette and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable interacting with residents, families, and staff in a courteous and respectful manner
