Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, prompt service to every customer
- Assist in one or more departments: Bakery, Hot Deli, or Meat Counter
- Maintain clean, well-stocked displays and work areas
- Prepare, package, and label products to company standards
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with team members to keep things running smoothly
IF YOU HAVE
- Positive attitude and passion for great service
- Reliable and ready to learn — experience is great, but not required
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Comfortable standing, lifting, and moving throughout your shift
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!
