Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans aligned with organizational goals and long-term vision
- Lead senior leadership teams, providing guidance, motivation, and oversight to ensure cohesive execution of initiatives
- Oversee management of all departments, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to policies
- Cultivate relationships with government agencies, medical providers, and community stakeholders to support efforts and collaborative growth projects.
- Lead public speaking engagements, representing the organization at conferences, community events, and media appearances
- Manage budgeting processes, ensuring fiscal responsibility while supporting growth initiatives
- Promote a culture of innovation, diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement across the institution
Qualifications
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles within IDD services and medical field.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, management, and organizational development
- Strong background in leading, providing, and management IDD services
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial management within complex organizations
- Be licsened in the medical field as PA, NP, and RN.
