This is not an entry-level role. You'll be expected to perform at the level of our most experienced technicians early into your time with us.

What to expect in this role

• High-level field work:
  Handle complex dryer vent cleanings, troubleshoot difficult systems, and deliver clean, efficient results under real-world conditions
• Roof & safety work:
  Work on pitched roofs using proper fall protection systems-safety and professionalism are non-negotiable
• Installations & repairs:
  Install and reroute dryer vent systems, cut and patch sheetrock, and complete clean, professional finishes
• Estimating & sales:
  Evaluate systems, identify issues, present solutions, and confidently sell upgrades to homeowners and property managers
• Independent operation:
  Manage your own schedule of 4–6 jobs per day, starting between 7:00–8:00 a.m.
• Customer interaction:
  Communicate clearly, educate customers, and leave them confident in the work performed
• Documentation:
  Use company software to track jobs, upload photos, and document findings thoroughly

Schedule & requirements

• Full-time daytime hours with occasional long days (10–14 hours) or night work
• Occasional Saturdays required
• Flexibility for overtime-we complete the job properly, not just quickly

What we are looking for

• Strong transferable trade experience required, such as: HVAC, duct installation, carpentry, construction, plumbing, or similar
• Technical capability:
  • Comfortable installing duct systems
  • Proficient cutting and patching sheetrock
  • Understanding of framing and basic construction
  • Experience with HVAC or plumbing systems is a strong plus
• Mechanical aptitude & problem-solving
  You can walk into a situation, assess it, and figure it out without hand-holding
• Roof & ladder confidence
  Comfortable on ladders and pitched roofs using proper safety systems
• Attention to detail
  You take pride in clean work, precise installs, and doing things correctly
• Customer-facing professionalism
  You represent the company well and can explain work clearly and confidently
• Independence & accountability
  You show up ready, stay productive, and own your results
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the shop

Training & Onboarding

We'll provide targeted classroom training and a brief apprenticeship to teach our specific systems and standards.

The right candidate will pick this up quickly and transition to full independence without extensive oversight.
