What to expect in this role

• Clean air ducts and dryer vents in residential, multi-unit and commercial settings using professional equipment.
• Set up and operate equipment according to our proven systems and checklists.
• Work as part of a crew to complete jobs efficiently and safely.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers and facility staff.

Schedule & requirements

• Full-time, daytime hours most days (typically 10–14 hours), with occasional night jobs depending on the project.
• Occasional Saturdays are required when customer needs demand.
• Flexibility for overtime: We go until the job is done-our customers expect thorough work.

What we are looking for

• Hands-on experience: Previous trade or mechanical experience (construction, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, or similar) is helpful.
• Comfort with physical work: You can set up a 28-foot ladder, climb two-story roofs, and work in tight spaces.
• Comfort with tools: You're proficient with basic hand and power tools and enjoy working with your hands.
• Mechanical aptitude & problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail: You take pride in precise measurements, clean workmanship, and following safety guidelines. You work efficiently without cutting corners and follow safety protocols.
• Customer service: You're friendly, respectful and leave every homeowner feeling confident about their air duct system.

• High school diploma or equivalent and valid driver's license
