We’re seeking an organized, dynamic, and outgoing professional to join our team as an Inside Sales & Client Experience Coordinator.

The role is sales-first: you’ll guide warm leads through our luxury offerings, follow a proven script, and confidently close bookings—while ensuring every client feels cared for from first inquiry to final photo reveal.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Booking
- Respond promptly to inbound calls and inquiries from qualified leads.
- Follow a clear, conversational sales script (calls recorded for quality).
- Present our process, luxury services, and typical investment levels with confidence.
- Handle questions and objections with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate scheduling and client details in our CRM (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Salesforce).
Client Experience & Marketing
- Provide concierge-level service with follow-ups and relationship nurturing.
- Support marketing efforts: light social media engagement, email and text outreach, community networking.
- Represent Lins Photo Studio at trade shows, bridal fairs, and local events.
- Stay current on studio promotions, creative sets, and industry trends.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years in sales, hospitality, or client-service roles (sales/closing experience strongly preferred).
- Natural connector who listens, empathizes, and inspires confidence.
- Comfortable discussing premium-priced services and closing high-ticket sales.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic digital communication platforms.
- Bonus: experience in social media, event marketing, or creative industries.
