Inside Sales Representative
Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients through warm calling and follow-up communication
- Identify and qualify prospects, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for business development and market expansion
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions
Experience:
- Proven experience in inside sales and roofing
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
