This position combines front desk operations, client communication, scheduling, follow-up outreach, and light social media support. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks seamlessly in a fast-paced, client-centered environment.
As a key member of our team, you will help create a welcoming and elevated client experience—from first inquiry to post-appointment follow-up—while supporting smooth daily operations. Your interpersonal, organizational, and digital communication skills will directly impact client satisfaction, retention, and the overall success of the company.
Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact, providing a welcoming and professional client experience
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, check-ins, reschedules, and cancellations
- Answer phone calls, texts, emails, and in-person inquiries with clarity and professionalism
- Conduct client follow-up calls and messages to support engagement and rebooking
- Educate clients on services, preparation instructions, and next steps
- Maintain accurate client records and communication notes
- Assist with light social media support, including basic posting, messages, and behind-the-scenes content
- Process payments, gift cards, and basic transactions
- Support daily front desk operations and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow
Skills

- Experience in wellness, fitness, healthcare, or customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with appointment-based businesses
