Occupational Therapist (OT) — Days

- ⏱️ Shift: Day Shift (07:00 AM - 5:30 PM) | Every Weekend Required
- ⏳ Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours per Week
- ️ Duration: 13-Week Contract (Immediate Start)

Requirements:
- Licensure: Active, unencumbered Oregon Occupational Therapist (OT) license mandatory upon submission.
- Certifications: Active Healthcare Provider Level BLS / BCLS.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of related clinical experience. Previous experience in acute care or an inpatient hospital setting is highly preferred.
- On-Call/Holiday: Holiday coverage is required. On-call shifts require a pager rotation ($3.00/hr pager rate; 2-hour minimum callback).
Role Overview
Join an acute rehabilitation team inside a 160-bed, Level 2 trauma center network. You will evaluate and treat patients experiencing clinical declines in self-care, physical mobility, or functional independence. The caseload spans diverse clinical sub-specialties including neurological rehabilitation, hand therapy, and complex medical recovery.
