Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Sample Analyst to support product quality and consumer care operations. This role involves retrieving, tracking, inspecting, and documenting product samples while also assisting with customer follow-up related to product complaints. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience working with databases and Microsoft Office tools, and the ability to manage both operational and customer-facing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Retrieve and prepare product samples for testing and evaluation.
- Accurately identify, log, and maintain sample data within internal databases and tracking systems.
- Store, organize, and manage physical samples in accordance with company procedures.
- Perform basic sample inspection and dissection activities as needed.
- Communicate directly with consumers regarding product complaints and follow-up inquiries.
- Document findings, interactions, and updates in internal systems.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established documentation standards.
- Support quality-related processes for consumer products.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher preferred.
- 3 years of professional experience in business operations, customer service, quality assurance, or sample handling.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
- Comfortable handling physical samples and performing basic inspection tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow structured procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
