Position Overview
Seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst & Administrative Assistant to support the Human Resources Division Chief during a staff leave. This hybrid role combines HR systems administration, reporting, analytics, and executive-level administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have strong HRIS expertise, experience supporting Human Resources operations, and the ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and accuracy. This individual will play a key role in optimizing HR systems, maintaining employee records, generating reports, and supporting daily HR leadership operations.
Key Responsibilities
HRIS & Human Resources Support

Lead the creation and implementation of performance management tools and processes

Analyze HR performance metrics and assist with resolving HR application/system issues

Document HR policies, procedures, and best practices

Compile HR data and generate reports for leadership review

Maintain secure and accurate employee records, attendance data, and performance documentation
- Conduct audits of HR processes and documentation, including:

Hiring and onboarding records

Termination documentation
-
Exit interviews and analysis
-
Payroll administration support
-
HRCMS reporting
-
Hiring and onboarding records
-
Maintain and organize HR SharePoint systems and personnel files
-
Update and maintain organizational charts
-
Provide diversity, turnover, and audit statistics to HR leadership

Identify trends and opportunities through HR analytics to support strategic HR decisions

Coordinate employee recognition initiatives, monthly events, and engagement calendars in collaboration with DEI leadership
Executive & Administrative Support

Provide direct administrative support to the Human Resources Division Chief

Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and email communications
-
Maintain filing systems and confidential records
-
Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and correspondence

Schedule meetings, conferences, and take meeting notes as needed

Prepare employment-related documentation and maintain employee databases
-
Compile and maintain records related to employee benefits, ethics training, and CORI compliance
Qualifications

Experience working with HRIS platforms and HR data management

Strong understanding of Human Resources processes and operations

Experience with reporting, audits, and HR documentation

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and SharePoint

Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information

Strong administrative and multitasking abilities

Experience supporting senior leadership or executives preferred
