Dropshipping Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Dropshipping Supervisor fluent in Mandarin to oversee daily operations of our dropshipping department. This role involves managing supplier relationships, coordinating order fulfillment, supervising team members, and ensuring seamless communication between departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of inventory management, sales processes, and customer service within a retail or e-commerce environment.

Essential Responsibilities / Job Duties

1. Daily Operations

• Oversee inbound, outbound, returns, and order fulfillment accuracy.
• Monitor SKU handling, pick/pack quality, and shipping timeliness.
• Ensure departmental SOP compliance.

2. People Management

• Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate dropshipping associates.
• Conduct weekly performance reviews and track labor efficiency.
• Coordinate shift deployment when necessary.

3. Exception & Issue Resolution

• Review and respond to exceptions promptly.
• Follow root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure communication with customer service team is timely and accurate.

4. Cross-Department & Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate workload between droppshipping & transportation department
• Work with carriers such as FedEx/UPS/Amazon for pickups and loading schedules.

5. Process Optimization

• Identify inefficiencies and propose improvement projects.
• Assist with WMS system updates and data accuracy improvements.

Minimum Requirements and Special Attributes

• 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of dropshipping workflow.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Strong data and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual ability (English/Chinese/Spanish) is a plus.

Physical Functions:

• Walking, stooping, standing, stretching, bending, lifting, and sitting for a period of time.
• Ability to work in extreme environments such as high heat and cold weather in warehouse
• Ability to lift and /or move up to 20-30 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds with assistance of team members and / or equipment

Work Environment:

• Job will be performed in a warehouse environment that may be noisy, dirty, hot and / or cold.

Pay: $54, $64,000.00 per year
