Dropshipping Associate (Mandarin)

Job Summary
The Dropshipping Associate focuses on administrative and coordination tasks within the dropshipping workflow. This role is responsible for order assignment, system updates, communication with warehouse operators, and cross-team coordination with the customer service team. The position requires accuracy, strong communication skills, and the ability to monitor task completion rather than performing physical warehouse labor.

Essential Responsibilities/ Job Duties:

1. Order Assignment & System Processing

• Assign daily orders based on warehouse capacity and workflow.
• Process inbound/outbound orders in WMS or related systems.
• Ensure data accuracy for SKU, quantity, and shipment details.

2. Instruction Delivery & Workflow Coordination

• Communicate pick/pack instructions and priority orders to warehouse staff.
• Track progress to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Assist the supervisor in monitoring workflow and addressing issues.

3. Exception Handling & Communication

• Work closely with the domestic customer service team to confirm SKU issues, missing items, or customer inquiries.
• Following up exceptions until resolution.
• Provide clear and accurate updates to relevant teams.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily reports for order status, exceptions, and outbound data
• Assist in preparing operation metrics for supervisors.

5.Carrier Coordination Support

• Assist with scheduling carrier pickups (FedEx/UPS/Amazon), updating systems accordingly.

Minimun Requirements and Special Attributes:

• Strong computer/system skills; able to learn new WMS quickly.
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and highly responsible.
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
• Able to handle fast-paced, high-volume order environments.
• Bilingual abilities (English/Chinese) preferred; Spanish is a plus.

Physical Functions:

• Walking, stooping, standing, stretching, bending, lifting, and sitting for a period of time.
• Ability to work in extreme environments such as high heat and cold weather in warehouse
• Ability to lift and /or move up to 20-30 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds with assistance of team members and / or equipment

• Standard office and computer equipment

Work Environment:

• Job will be performed in a warehouse environment that may be noisy, dirty, hot and / or cold.

Language Skills:

• Must be able to speak, read, write and comprehend English
• Bilingual Chinese is a plus

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
