Job Summary
The Dropshipping Associate focuses on administrative and coordination tasks within the dropshipping workflow. This role is responsible for order assignment, system updates, communication with warehouse operators, and cross-team coordination with the customer service team. The position requires accuracy, strong communication skills, and the ability to monitor task completion rather than performing physical warehouse labor.
Essential Responsibilities/ Job Duties:
1. Order Assignment & System Processing
- Assign daily orders based on warehouse capacity and workflow.
- Process inbound/outbound orders in WMS or related systems.
- Ensure data accuracy for SKU, quantity, and shipment details.
2. Instruction Delivery & Workflow Coordination
- Communicate pick/pack instructions and priority orders to warehouse staff.
- Track progress to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Assist the supervisor in monitoring workflow and addressing issues.
3. Exception Handling & Communication
- Work closely with the domestic customer service team to confirm SKU issues, missing items, or customer inquiries.
- Following up exceptions until resolution.
- Provide clear and accurate updates to relevant teams.
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily reports for order status, exceptions, and outbound data
- Assist in preparing operation metrics for supervisors.
5.Carrier Coordination Support
- Assist with scheduling carrier pickups (FedEx/UPS/Amazon), updating systems accordingly.
Minimun Requirements and Special Attributes:
- Strong computer/system skills; able to learn new WMS quickly.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and highly responsible.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Able to handle fast-paced, high-volume order environments.
- Bilingual abilities (English/Chinese) preferred; Spanish is a plus.
Physical Functions:
- Walking, stooping, standing, stretching, bending, lifting, and sitting for a period of time.
- Ability to work in extreme environments such as high heat and cold weather in warehouse
- Ability to lift and /or move up to 20-30 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds with assistance of team members and / or equipment

Work Environment:
- Job will be performed in a warehouse environment that may be noisy, dirty, hot and / or cold.
Language Skills:
- Must be able to speak, read, write and comprehend English
- Bilingual Chinese is a plus
