We are seeking an experienced, revenue-producing Senior Freight Broker to join a high-performing logistics team. This role is ideal for brokers with an established book of business, strong industry relationships, and a proven ability to consistently move freight profitably. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand your existing book of business with shippers and carriers

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships within your networks

• Source, negotiate, and secure freight opportunities daily

• Schedule and coordinate pickup and delivery appointments

• Monitor active loads and proactively communicate updates

• Grow and maintain a dependable carrier base

• Ensure accurate documentation, record-keeping, and communication logs

• Quickly resolve transit issues to maintain service quality

• Drive consistent revenue growth and exceed monthly sales and margin targets

Requirements / Qualifications

• 2 years of proven Freight Broker experience with an active book of business

• Track record of generating $6K–$10K net revenue per week

• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills

• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Experience using load boards, TMS platforms, and freight-matching tools

• Highly organized, self-driven, and results-oriented

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple shipments simultaneously

• Entrepreneurial mindset focused on growth and profitability
