CNC Programmer/Machinist

A well-established CNC machining facility is seeking a CNC Programmer/Machinist to join our team. We’re looking for an experienced professional skilled in programming and machining low-volume precision components. This position involves programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and has hands-on experience with Haas and Fanuc controls as well as Visi programming software.
Responsibilities:

Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to manufacture precision components

Use Haas and Fanuc controls for operation and troubleshooting

Create and modify CNC programs using Visi programming software

Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions

Select tooling and optimize machining processes for efficiency and accuracy

Perform quality checks using precision measuring tools

Maintain a clean, organized work area
Qualifications:

Proven experience programming and operating CNC machines (Haas and Fanuc required)

Proficiency with Visi programming or similar CAD/CAM software

Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T

Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving skills

Able to work independently and collaboratively
