Composites Technician
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM start
Pay: $18/hour
Type: Contract-to-Hire
Job Overview:
We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Composites Technicians to join our team on first shift. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential for the right candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the fabrication and assembly of composite materials
- Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards
- Handle materials, tools, and equipment used in composite production
- Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support production goals and daily output requirements
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Previous experience working with composites or material fabrication (resin, carbon fiber, fiberglass, etc.)
