Industrial Electrician - $2,500 Signing Bonus + Quarterly Bonuses

We’re looking for a skilled Industrial Electrician to join a high-performing team in a challenging and rewarding environment. Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts with a 4-week rotation (14 workdays per 28 days, including 7 consecutive days off).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair machinery essential to the production process.
• Participate in and promote safety initiatives to meet organizational goals.
• Develop and sustain positive working relationships within and outside the organization.
• Ensure compliance with all environmental regulations and company policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues using tools like voltmeters, meggers, and power distribution one-lines.

Qualifications

• Education:
• • High school diploma or GED.
• Experience:
• • 1–3 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance.
  • Knowledge of motor starters, electrical prints, and troubleshooting electrical systems.
  • Familiarity with arc flash qualifications and safety protocols.
• Skills:
• • Proficient in troubleshooting electrical systems and motor schematics.
  • Ability to read electrical symbols and specifications.
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong goal focus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in heavy industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to work within matrix organizations and achieve results.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions

This role requires:

• Frequent lifting of up to 70 lbs. and occasional lifting of up to 100 lbs.
• Working in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying environmental conditions (e.g., extreme temperatures).
• Compliance with PPE requirements, including respirators and flame-retardant clothing.
• Standing, walking, climbing, and balancing for extended periods.
