In this role, you will be developing and leading a team of up to 40 production staff on the night shift (11pm – 7am). Responsibilities include overseeing daily floor operations in a modern manufacturing facility, whilst monitoring workflow, maintaining quality and safety, assisting with coaching, and overseeing shift operations.
This role would suit a Production Supervisor with manufacturing experience, looking to help shape a growing business, offering specialist training and further leadership progression.
The Role:
- Night shift – 11pm – 7am, Monday - Friday
