Production & Warehouse Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
• Planning & scheduling manufacturing activities with multiple direct reports
• Manage inventory in two local warehouses
• Quality inspection of incoming shipments
• Shipping and receiving management
• Lead team to quality and service improvements through Lean principles
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Qualifications:
• 3 years leadership experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
• Mechanical aptitude
• Familiarity with high quality engineered products
• Quality inspection experience
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Understanding of quality management (TQM, ISO certification, 5S, etc.)
• Exceptional communication skills
• Highly organized & independent
• Results oriented with strong decision-making ability
• Project management skills
• Solid work ethic
