Are you a Production Manager from an industrial or manufacturing background, looking to put your own stamp on a market-leading organization, offering new industry training and a clear pathway into a senior site leadership position?

This is an excellent opportunity to shape a growing business, by growing and developing an 8 person multidisciplinary engineering team, whilst leading day-to-day operations and building strong customer relationships.

In this role, you will lead and develop a team of eight Maintenance, Controls, and Automation Engineers, taking responsibility for team performance, customer relationships, and day-to-day operations. This is a hands-off leadership position, where you will take a lead on doubling headcount over the next 6 – 12 months.

This role would suit a Production Manager from an industrial or manufacturing background, looking to make their mark on an industry-leading company, offering new industry training and further management progression.

The Role:

• Lead and develop a team of eight Maintenance, Controls, and Automation Engineers
• Hands-off leadership position, taking responsibility for team performance, customer relationships, and day-to-day operations
• Take a lead on doubling headcount over the next 6 – 12 months

The Person:

• Production Manager / Engineering Manager / Operations Manager / Site Manager
• From any of the following industries: industrial manufacturing, defense, aerospace, shipyards, or similar
• US citizen
