Job Description
The Production Manager is responsible for planning the utilization of space and facilities to ensure organizational efficiency within the limits of available facilities and funds. This role involves planning, directing, and managing all phases of equipment and machinery maintenance, facilities modification, and building projects from the establishment of design concepts through implementation. The Production Manager ensures project requirements are defined, negotiates contract changes, establishes operating budgets, and identifies financial terms and conditions of contracts. Acting as the primary contact for facilities and equipment maintenance, the Production Manager leads project reviews concerning cost, schedule, and technical performance.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage utilization of space and facilities for organizational efficiency.
- Oversee all phases of equipment and machinery maintenance and facilities modification.
- Lead building projects from design concept through to implementation.
- Define project requirements and negotiate contract changes.
- Establish operating budgets and identify financial terms and conditions of contracts.
- Act as primary contact for facilities and equipment maintenance.
- Lead project reviews of cost, schedule, and technical performance.
- Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Identify problems and develop solutions, such as resource allocation or project scope changes.
- Coordinate the work of employees assigned to the project.

Work Environment
The work environment offers long-term, multi-year contracts with both 1st shift (7:30 am-4 pm, Monday-Friday) and 2nd shift (3:30 pm-12 am, Monday-Friday) options available. The role involves collaboration with various teams and requires managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. The dress code is business casual.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
