Are you an EHS Coordinator, EHS Specialist, or Safety professional looking to play a key role at an industry-leading business, offering specialist training and progression to senior and management level?

This is an excellent opportunity to lead from the front, working closely with employees on the shop floor to improve safety standards, reduce risk, and help build a strong EHS culture across a manufacturing facility.

In this role, you will work alongside another EHS Coordinator, splitting your time across two local facilities. You will conduct audits and Gemba walks, maintain EHS documentation, interpret safety regulations and communicate them effectively to the workforce, while working closely with production leadership and global stakeholders.

You will receive extensive onboarding from experienced EHS leaders, support towards additional certifications, and long-term opportunities to progress into Senior or Regional EHS positions.

This role would suit an EHS or Safety professional from any industry, looking to make an impact within a global organization while receiving specialist training and long-term progression opportunities.

The Role:

• Conduct EHS audits, Gemba walks, compliance activities, and maintain safety documentation across two facilities
• Work closely with production teams to interpret regulations, improve safety standards, and communicate requirements to employees
• Monday-Friday day shift, approximately 25% shop floor / 75% administrative

The Person:

• EHS Coordinator, EHS Specialist, Safety Coordinator, Safety Specialist, or similar
• EHS, safety, compliance, or auditing experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with knowledge of relevant safety regulations
