Are you a licensed Civil Engineer (PE) with project management and leadership experience, looking to join a market leading organization where you can grow your own engineering team and serve as the primary point of contact for large commercial clients?

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company delivering high-quality municipal, commercial, and infrastructure projects across Minnesota. In this role, you will oversee a team of eight engineers and designers, taking full responsibility for project delivery, team development, and client relationships.

You will lead multiple large-scale civil infrastructure projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Acting as the main liaison for commercial and municipal clients, you will also have the chance to mentor and develop your team while shaping projects that positively impact the local community.

This position is ideal for someone with a PE license, experience managing medium to large civil projects, strong client-facing skills, and the ambition to take a leading role in a growing engineering firm.

The Role:

• Lead and manage multiple large-scale civil infrastructure projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships.
• Oversee and mentor a team of eight engineers and designers, supporting professional development and team growth.
• Take ownership of project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

The Person:

• Licensed PE (Civil Engineer) with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and extensive project management experience.
• Strong client-facing, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Office in Baxter – Full relocation provided
