Production/Batcher - 2nd Shift

Lingo Staffing is now hiring a Production Batcher in the West Palm Beach, FL area to start ASAP!


Production Batcher - The purpose of a Batcher is to manage the production process and ensure that products are released in a timely manner within the specified quality standards. This includes monitoring inventory levels, scheduling production runs, and adjusting optimized production efficiency. The Batcher is also responsible for ensuring the accuracy of batch records and maintaining records for quality and regulatory compliance.



Pay & Scheduled:

• $18.00 an hourly
• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday: 4:00PM – 2:30AM
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Machine Operator and order fulfillment, prepare materials for orders.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a batching position.
• Knowledge of batching process operations.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to operate industrial machinery.
• Review order and list of materials and utilize RF scanner to locate and pick items.
• Review order and weigh materials based on order’s needs – input information into machine that will prepare the batch.
• Start-up machinery, review production schedule, load bags into machine and work with batcher to determine when to run the machine.
• Ensure safety protocols are always followed- proper housekeeping and maintenance of worksite- sweeping, vacuuming, removing packing materials/debris and equipment cleaning.
• Quality control – Ensure the team is utilizing raw materials that are not expired and follow correct formulas.
• Correct samples for the QC team based on results, adjust batch as needed.
• Able to utilize math to perform basic weights for formulas
• Able to read and interpret directions and order details.
• Able to communicate both in writing and verbally.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift and/or carry 50lbs daily.
• Must be able to push/pull 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, squat, and bend for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
